Welcome! Walk the Talk is a Homeless Awareness Walk Around Oahu in 10 Consecutive Days. For over fifteen years Hawaii Helping the Hungry Have Hope (H-5) has focused its mission to provide services for the homeless community. The Walk the Talk awareness event began in 2005 as a way to raise funds for a first-of-its-kind mobile bus shelter. Since then, the Walk has grown to provide funding for the EVANS bus shelter, Next Step emergency shelter, Kalaeloa Shuttle and the weekly food outreach serving over 3000 meals a month.
